Support
Tell us what happened, attach a screenshot and our team replies on the same channel. Tickets opened here go straight into the support queue, nothing gets lost in an inbox.
Frequently asked questions
Most of the tickets we get are already answered here. Pick a topic or search for your question; if it is not on this list, the community and the form at the end of the page are still one click away.
Getting started
- How do I start? Is there anything to install?
- No. Workspacefy runs in the browser: you create the account, the first workspace comes with it, and Tasks, Schedule and Notes are already usable on the free plan. On a phone it is the same account, in the phone's browser.
- What is a workspace?
- It is where a team's apps, data and people live. Each workspace has its own members and its own list of installed apps, so marketing and support can sit in separate workspaces without seeing each other's data. The free plan includes one workspace per account.
- How do I add an app such as Tasks, Chat or Virtual Office?
- From the app store inside the workspace: installing creates that app's collection and screen. Apps that depend on a plan are marked in the store itself, with the minimum plan written next to them, before any purchase click.
- How do I invite my team?
- From the workspace members screen, by e-mail. The invitation stays pending until the person accepts it through the link in their inbox, and you can resend it from that same screen. Every workspace includes a number of seats, and an invitation beyond that asks for an extra seat, shown in the summary before you confirm.
Account and access
- I forgot my password. How do I get in?
- Use “Forgot my password” on the sign-in screen: the reset link goes to the account e-mail and expires after a while. If it expired, request another one from the same screen, and check the spam folder before trying again.
- I did not get the invitation or the confirmation e-mail.
- Check the spam folder and the trash, which is where that e-mail usually lands. If it is in neither, ask whoever invited you to resend it from the members screen and confirm which address was typed: one wrong letter sends the invitation to a different inbox.
- How do I turn on two-step verification?
- In account settings, under security. The wizard first generates a recovery key, then shows the QR code for your authenticator app or registers a passkey, and finally asks for a code to confirm. Keep the recovery key somewhere other than the phone: it is what gives access back if the device is lost.
- Can I change my account e-mail?
- Display name and picture you change on the account screen itself. The e-mail is your sign-in address and is not editable there: to change it, open a ticket under the access category, from the old address if you still have it.
Plans and billing
- What changes from one plan to the next?
- The free plan covers Tasks with Timer, Schedule and Timeline, Notes and Wiki and Integrated Email, with one workspace and up to two members. Dashboards and file storage start on Pro; Collections with API and Time Machine, on Business. The full table, with prices, is on the pricing page.
- How do seats work?
- Every workspace includes a number of seats from its plan, and each person beyond that is a seat, billed with the subscription on the same cycle. The plan belongs to the account that owns the workspace, and someone joining as a member gets that plan whenever it is better than their own.
- How do I change plans or cancel?
- From the subscription screen inside the app. After cancelling, access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing is deleted right away. Questions about an invoice or a specific charge are a ticket, under the billing category.
Data and apps
- How do I export my data?
- Any collection exports to XLSX or CSV from the collection's own menu. You do not need to ask support, and exporting changes nothing in what is there.
- I deleted something by accident. Can I get it back?
- Almost nothing is really deleted right away. Look in the collection's trash and in the item's history first; if it is in neither, open a ticket with the item's name and roughly when it disappeared.
- I cannot upload a file.
- File storage starts on the Pro plan. If your plan already includes it, the block is usually the maximum file size or the account's space, and the storage screen says which of the two you hit, with the specific message.
- Can I see how an app looked last week?
- Yes, with Time Machine, which comes with the Business plan: you pick a date and a time and see the app as it was at that moment, without changing what exists today.
Support and tickets
- How long does it take to get a reply?
- We aim to reply within one business day, and a ticket opened here goes straight into the support queue rather than into an inbox. If the problem is an outage we are already investigating, the status page is updated before any individual reply goes out.
- Do I need an account to open a ticket?
- No. The form on this page does not require a login: a contact email is enough for us to receive and answer you. If you are already a customer, giving us the account email speeds up diagnosis, because we can look at the workspace alongside your report.
- What should I attach to speed up diagnosis?
- A screenshot taken at the moment of the error solves most cases, because it shows the exact message and where you were. It also helps to say what you expected to happen and what happened instead, in that order: that is the difference between reproducing the problem on the first try or the fifth.
- Are billing and plan questions handled here too?
- Yes. Pick the billing category in the form and the ticket goes to the people who handle subscriptions, plan changes and invoices. To compare what each plan includes before opening a ticket, the pricing page has the full table.
- The service is down. What should I do first?
- Check the status page before opening a ticket: if the outage is already recorded there, it is already being worked on, and you can follow it without waiting for a reply. If nothing is recorded and the problem persists, open the ticket: downtime that does not show up on the status page is exactly what we need to hear about.
- Which languages does support cover?
- Support is delivered in Portuguese by a Brazilian team, and we also reply in English and Spanish. The whole site is available in all three languages.

Open forum: someone has probably hit the same thing, and the answer is there along with the discussion that led to it.
