Notes

The team's documentation in an editor that needs no plugin.

Rich text notes with full editor, ideal for documentation and wiki.

Create and organize notes with a full rich text editor. Supports text formatting, lists, block quotes, code, and much more. Ideal for internal documentation, team wikis, logbooks, and personal notes. Clean interface with side list for quick navigation between notes.

What you get

  • A full rich text editor

Headings, lists, quotes, code and tables. What you write is what gets published.

  • A wiki, not a folder of files

Notes organise into a side list and link to each other: you navigate by subject, not by directory.

  • History and a recycle bin

Previous versions you can restore and deleted notes that come back. Documentation dies when editing feels risky.

  • Comments on the document

The discussion about the text lives in the text, not in a parallel thread nobody finds later.

  • Google Docs both ways

The note becomes a document on Drive and what changes there comes back down, deletion included.

  • A note attached to the record it explains

A note can hang off any record of another app, and it shows up in that record's related tab.

Which plan it comes with

Billing follows the workspace plan, not the number of installed apps. What changes between plans is the cap on each resource.

The numbers are the free plan caps. On paid plans the resource has no cap.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work as an internal wiki?
That is what it exists for: process documentation, recorded decisions, onboarding and running logs. The side list plays the role of the index.
Can I publish a note externally?
The workspace's external resource sharing covers that. The note stays editable here and whoever gets the link reads the published version.
Can I recover what I deleted?
Yes. A deleted note goes to the recycle bin, and version history keeps the previous state of the text.
Can I paste from another editor?
You can. Pasting keeps basic formatting (headings, lists and emphasis) instead of dumping everything as flat text.
Which plan includes Notes?
Notes is part of the permanent free plan.
