Which plan it comes with

Billing follows the workspace plan, not the number of installed apps. What changes between plans is the cap on each resource.

The numbers are the free plan caps. On paid plans the resource has no cap.

Frequently asked questions

Do respondents need an account?

No. A published form is public: anyone with the link answers, without logging in.

Where do the answers go?

Into the workspace itself, as records of the app. From there you can filter, export and link them to other apps.

Can it receive files?

Yes. The upload field takes attachments and the file goes to the workspace's storage, counting against the account quota.

Can I use it on my own site?

Two ways: share the public page's link, or embed the form in a page of your own.
