Projects
The umbrella over your tasks, with GitHub and Azure DevOps arriving on their own.
Group tasks under a project. Create projects by hand, or connect GitHub and Azure DevOps to have repositories and projects appear here automatically, with their issues and work items landing in Tasks. Records synced from a provider show its badge.
What you get
Tasks grouped by project
Each project gathers its tasks, with due date, assignee and progress visible in one place.
Repositories that show up without typing
Connect GitHub or Azure DevOps and their projects land here, with issues and work items becoming tasks.
Table, kanban or timeline
The same list of projects, in whichever view the conversation calls for.
Origin always visible
A synced record carries its provider badge, so nobody confuses local work with what came from outside.
What changes here goes back there
Editing a synced task updates the issue on GitHub or the work item on Azure DevOps, and the sync fires when you open the screen.
A won deal opens the project
When a CRM deal is marked won, the project is created already pointing back at it, and nobody retypes the client.
Which plan it comes with
Billing follows the workspace plan, not the number of installed apps.

Frequently asked questions
- Do I need GitHub to use it?
- No. Projects works on its own: create projects by hand and hang tasks off them. The integration is a shortcut for teams whose work is already described somewhere else.
- Does it sync both ways?
- Issues and work items arrive as tasks and stay marked with their source badge. What you create here stays here: the app does not write over what is yours on GitHub unless you ask it to.
- What is the difference between Projects and Tasks?
- Tasks is the unit of work; Projects is the grouping. A task points at a project through its Project field, and that link is what makes project progress computable.
- Can a project have no tasks?
- Yes, and early on it usually does: the project lands first as an intention, with status and colour, and the tasks follow.
- Can I see everything on a timeline?
- Yes. The timeline view lays projects out over time, and the kanban view organises them by status.
