Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Workspacefy platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms an integral part of them. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Workspacefy is a productivity platform for teams offering task management, integrated email, smart collections with multi-view, dashboards and other organizational tools all with security and data isolation between workspaces.

To use the platform, you create an account with email and password (or login via Google). You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. New devices may require email authorization to protect your access.

You agree to use the platform in accordance with the law and with the Acceptable Use Policy, which sets out what is allowed and what is not, including in the use of the public API and of connected AI assistants. That document is part of these Terms, and breaching it means breaching this agreement.

You retain ownership of all content you submit. When using integrations (Google Drive, GitHub, Gmail), data remains on the original platforms Workspacefy accesses it only via API with your authorization. You represent that your content does not violate third-party rights.

The public API lets your own systems read and write workspace data. Access is granted through OAuth2 credentials that you issue yourself, setting their scope and expiry. The client secret is displayed only once, at creation: keeping it safe is your responsibility, and we have no way to recover it.

Every call made with your credential is attributed to you and to the workspace that issued it, as if you had made it yourself. If you suspect a secret has leaked, revoke the credential immediately, you remain responsible for whatever is done with it until revocation.

API use is subject to your plan's request limits and is audited per call. We may throttle, suspend a credential, or suspend API access altogether in the face of abuse, risk to platform stability, or a breach of the Acceptable Use Policy.

The API evolves. We may add, change and deprecate endpoints; breaking changes will be announced with reasonable notice through our channels. API availability follows the Availability clause of these Terms and does not constitute a separate service level agreement.

You can connect external AI assistants to a workspace. The connection uses MCP (Model Context Protocol), an open standard for integrating assistants with applications. This use is optional: it only happens if you start the connection and choose, per workspace, which operations the assistant may use.

You are responsible for what you authorize, think before granting access to sensitive data, and always grant the smallest scope that solves your case. The assistant can never act beyond your own permissions in that workspace, and the actions it performs are recorded as yours, carrying the same responsibility they would if you had done them manually.

You can revoke what you authorized at any time under "My Account"; the workspace owner or admin can also disable assistant connections for the entire workspace. The connected assistant is a third-party service, with its own terms of use and its own privacy policy, and Workspacefy is not responsible for what it does outside our platform.

You decide what goes into your workspace and what leaves it. Two decisions in particular extend that reach beyond your own screen: issuing an API credential and connecting an AI assistant. In both cases, you define the scope, and the scope is the limit of what can be read or changed.

So we recommend a few simple practices: grant the smallest sufficient scope, give credentials an expiry instead of leaving them permanent, periodically review the workspace's active credentials and connections, revoke whatever is no longer in use, and think twice before exposing sensitive categories of data to an external system.

If you use the platform to process other people's data, customers, public form leads, imported contacts, the legal basis for that processing is yours, as is the duty to inform those people and answer their requests. The Privacy Policy sets out how these roles divide.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as you choose. Non-payment may result in service suspension. You may upgrade or downgrade at any time.

You may cancel your account at any time through the panel. Upon cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days for possible reactivation. After this period, deletion can be requested via contact.

The platform, its code, design, brand and visual content are owned by Workspacefy. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

We strive to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated when possible.

Workspacefy is not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

This expressly includes losses arising from an API credential exposed, shared or poorly safeguarded by you; from the scope you granted to an AI assistant and the actions it performed within that scope; and from the acts, failures or policies of external AI providers and third-party integrations you chose to connect.

We may modify these Terms. Relevant changes will be communicated, and continued use indicates acceptance.

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, SP.
