What would it cost my team?
The account holder pays the plan. Every workspace comes with seats included; only the excess is charged.

Billing questions
- Does inviting someone double my bill?
- No. You pay for your plan, and every workspace already comes with seats included. Only people past those seats become an extra seat, priced well below a full plan.
- Do the people I invite get the full plan?
- Inside your workspace, yes: they use your plan's features there. Outside it — in their own workspaces — they stay on their own plan. If you want, you can pay a small add-on per person and give them the full plan too.
- How does storage work?
- There are two separate spaces. Personal storage is yours, travels with you and takes up nothing in any workspace. Workspace storage belongs to the team: every file uploaded inside it draws from that pool, whoever uploaded it. If you have personal space to spare, you can lend part of it to a workspace and take it back later.
- What happens when storage runs out?
- New uploads are blocked until you free space or contract more. Nothing is deleted and nothing becomes inaccessible. If you would rather not be blocked, you can switch on per-GB overage billing — it ships off, and turning it on is your call.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Access runs to the end of the period you already paid for, and your files stay put.
